A wonderful service and wonderful counsellors. But it's definitely not Catholic based on the fact that my counsellor said it's up to me to decide my own moral values ... O_o.. And they are only aware of how to use CBT; I was hoping counsellors would be familiar with complex trauma, attachment theory, systems theory, Bowen's family systems theory etc... all of which are so powerful in helping people..
I am exhausted of ACT and think one of the recent assails has me pregnant. I'm scared and can't afford to move us. I would like health care and sare refuge. I want to live.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable staff. Nice aged care facility. Absolutely beautiful place, they really care for the residents and work hard to keep them entertained.
