My grandma had called the day before to ask if she needed to make an appointment and was told that an appointment wasn't needed and that was all. We show up today and then realize that others showing up after us were getting taken first because they made an appointment. I have the most difficult veins to draw blood from. They are thin and deep. I’m usually black and blue on both arms and hands when I leave. . Ross got it on his 1st try!!! What a pro!!! An asset to your team!!! I’ve been praying for someone who wouldn’t treat me like a pin cushion! Thank you!!!
Visited this location today with my 15 year old son who has anxiety related to blood work coupled with bad veins for blood work. I believe her name was Cadence (the name on the computer said that) along with Dee were fabulous from start to finish. Dee assisted and was able to find a vein that could be used while Cadence assisted my son who was on the brink of passing out. They both exhibited the patience and compassion that people need more of. Hopefully these 2 ladies will be there again when my son goes back. Thank you lad... read more
