I am 3 weeks postpartum and am still quite uncomfortable. I ventured out with my newborn for the emergency testing I needed. Went in at 11:45am to be told staff is on lunch and to come back at 1pm. The front desk lady was shaking her head at me like she couldn't understand the audacity I had of walking in during their break. I want to leave 5 stars so bad because Jolene was the absolute best. She was so upbeat and happy and our conversations were fantastic even at 7:30 in the morning! But the check in woman with the longer gray hair was so rude. She kept saying everything was wrong and how much trouble she was going through to fix the information already saved in my file. This is in reference to the lab and the people at the check in/reception area at this location only. I have never been to a less organized, less friendly place. I'm not sure why they take appointments because they are never on time. There has been some kind of issue every time I've had an appointment. I will check in/register online and they still require you to sit and wait to be checked in. Their communication is terrible. Their attitudes are terrible. Jolene is an incredible phlebotomist! All the staff are kind, understanding, and helpful. Clean facility, nice waiting room, super convenient location in the village. A million times better than Quest. Catholic Health's online charting system gives you fast access to results.
