Lab technician Jolene is the best. .quick easy never an issue!
Scheduled mammogram at 1pm. Arrived at 12:45 as per their instruction to a deserted registration area. Registration office was dark and empty. Figured they went to lunch so I sat there until 1 when they came back. No notice on windows that they were at lunch. Registered with them and sat back in waiting room. Sat there for another 45 minutes until I told them I had to leave as I had some place to be. The ultrasound tech was very short with us. She wasn’t talkative, enthusiastic, interested, basically no social skills and made it very unwelcoming. We will not be going back.
Snotty, condescending attitude from staff, a sure sign of poor accountability..
