I want to leave 5 stars so bad because Jolene was the absolute best. She was so upbeat and happy and our conversations were fantastic even at 7:30 in the morning! But the check in woman with the longer gray hair was so rude. She kept saying everything was wrong and how much trouble she was going through to fix the information already saved in my file. This is in reference to the lab and the people at the check in/reception area at this location only. I have never been to a less organized, less friendly place. I'm not sure why they take appointments because they are never on time. There has been some kind of issue every time I've had an appointment. I will check in/register online and they still require you to sit and wait to be checked in. Their communication is terrible. Their attitudes are terrible. Jolene is an incredible phlebotomist! All the staff are kind, understanding, and helpful. Clean facility, nice waiting room, super convenient location in the village. A million times better than Quest. Catholic Health's online charting system gives you fast access to results.
will not be going back very rude check in lady, seriously needs to be fired, went in for bloodwork on a slow morning and the blonde lady that checks you in was extremely rude
