If you’re gonna have scheduling, actually go by the time of the scheduled appointments. I showed up for my appointment on time, and someone who arrived before me, but had an appointment after me got in first. What’s the point then? It’s just first come first serve. My blood work was supposed to be at a very specific time in the morning and now I’m over 30 minutes late for it. Quite frustrating
