Today I had an exception experience at this location and I really would like the staff to be recognized that were working early this morning. I had accidentally signed in on the wrong sheet and a gentleman staff member had asked if I was being helped, after waiting for some time. I said I was not. He saw that I had signed the wrong sheet and then apologized and sent me back to the nicest lady in the world that took my blood. Unable to get to the lab for a blood draw, had a RN draw the labs for me and bring to the lab, they refused to run this STAT lab. I called to verify it was my blood and my Dr. Called to verify it was a STAT lab, leaving me in a terrible situation, they didn’t care and would not accommodate the request, they had the script signed by a RN, and my MD. Terrible customer service and patient care

Edit: I don't recommend calling to set an appointment. They barely answer. Use the online option on their website. I had a great experience. I was only poked once and usually I'm poked like a pin cushion at other places. I appreciate the staff's kindness in the early am and on a weekend. My only complaint is that the bathroom needs some maintenance. The paper towel dispenser was stuffed and the soap dispenser was broken. The sanitizer also need to be refilled in a lot of places.I took a star off for those reasons.
