Showed up a week ago without an appointment and read the sign stating I needed to call. No problem..I did so and had one at the time I needed, which was today, at the West Quaker lab in Orchard Park. I work six days a week so making an appointment is difficult enough. Got there at 10:52am for my 11:00am appointment. Lights off and door locked. I called and scheduled an appt over the phone ... When I arrived 15 minutes early for the appt and was told I was not on the schedule ... Deniece at West Quaker quickly entered all my info and drew my labwork ... Deniece was friendly, efficient and I will always choose CHS lab because of her ... Thank you again, Deniece

Used the phone scheduler to make an appointment. Called a couple days later to see I could change it and was told “no “. But when I showed up for my appointment found it had been changed without any notification to me. The lab tech at the door was unfriendly and made no apologies. Will not be scheduling any further lab work through them unless forced by my doctors.
