Terrible they had my information for a shower chair a script was faxed to them and they choose not to contact me to tell me they couldn’t open the attachment then they told me it was lost ,the lady told me to buy my own shower chair ,I had spine surgery,iv been waiting for this chair ,she tells me to buy my own ,then I call back and they don’t answer my call ..Not caring at all she should not be working in customer service
People were friendly and very knowledgeable! 5 stars!! The building was locked and required to be let in. FYI, The entrance was different from the directions that Google maps gave.
