At first impression they appear professional and responsible. But that couldn't be further from the truth based on my experience. Took my autistic son for a annual physical required by his day care facility. Left two forms to be filled by the doctor. Four months later after dozens of calls, they finally admitted to have lost the paper work and asked me to fax them new forms.
