First review I've ever written. It's no secret most of the health care industry sucks these days. The higher ups need to pay close attention to the attitudes here. I saw some rolling of the eyes towards other patients when we first arrived. My senior relative's health is declining rapidly, and she was here for testing The MRI tech was fantastic and understanding. He advised me to hold her much needed personal items and wait inside. Went for my annual physical last month, which with my insurance has no copay. However, because I answered the doctor’s questions in the course of my visit about my health, they decided to add an office visit to my physical exam for billing purposes and are now hounding me for $30.00 by repeatedly sending me paper bills and emails. Avoid. Nurse Practitioner isn’t all there in the head. Just want to get you in and out and take your money. Nurses are rude and have bad bedside, especially Kayla.
