Clean facility with staff that takes the time to explain procedures and make you feel comfortable before exams
useless nurses witnessed my husband passing out after blood draw. they did nothing to help, did not take vitals, nor did they inform the doctor. random passerby had to find us and get help. afterwards nurse blamed my husband for this situation. i do not recommend when someone finally came they gave us expired juice to hydrate with. this facility charges a lot for appointments yet cant afford to give patients food that isn’t expired? the item expired in november 2025 it is now january…
First review I've ever written. It's no secret most of the health care industry sucks these days. The higher ups need to pay close attention to the attitudes here. I saw some rolling of the eyes towards other patients when we first arrived. My senior relative's health is declining rapidly, and she was here for testing The MRI tech was fantastic and understanding. He advised me to hold her much needed personal items and wait inside. I had to return her dr's call, stepped outside, and the 3 at the desk wouldn't let me back in.... read more
Went for my annual physical last month, which with my insurance has no copay. However, because I answered the doctor’s questions in the course of my visit about my health, they decided to add an office visit to my physical exam for billing purposes and are now hounding me for $30.00 by repeatedly sending me paper bills and emails. Multiple conversations with the billing department led nowhere as they are firm on assessing me a copay charge without cause. Avoid. Nurse Practitioner isn’t all there in the head. Just want to get you in and out and take your money. Nurses are rude and have bad bedside, especially Kayla.
