Worked here for 2 months. It was terrible. Was put in the most difficult house they had with no experience. Co workers had been there for years some over 10 and constantly took the easy way out in every way possible. They all ended up reporting me to the manager because I tried to actually do my job and care for the clients. It was the worst work environment I’ve ever been in and this was the only job I’ve ever quit before. Terrible.
Beware of CCS if you want a toxic and hostile work environment from (Group Homes), home managers (Megan Odell). Falsely accusing male employees of sexual harassment with no negative repercussions. Administration is of no help and is quick to sweep it under the rug like all serious matters. Not to mention the pay. Long term loyal employees are under paid and looked over.
