Staff are not trained to handle crisis at all. Some are not ready to listen to workers grievances let alone engage in effective communication. I was going through an emotional time after losing my spouse and when I tried taking a break because of the crisis I was going my supervisor told me to resign and get back to work when I was done with whatever I was going through. This facility has treated me terribly. No one will return calls or emails. I have been trying to get respite care help for my son for a year and no help! Very unhappy!
Catholic Community is a great place to work and all the clients are wonderful. I love how the supervisors (Diane, Nisha, Cassie, and Sam) go out of there way for us and for the clients. I'm very thankful to work for catholic community service.
I've changed my review from a little negative to absolutely positive. I've been with these guys a little while now and its much better! Neesha, who is a caregiver supervisor is wonderful and my caregiver Jennifer is the best cg I've ever had, and I've had a few let me tell you!
