I'm very pleased with the outcome of CCCU to trust in me and giving me the opportunity to build credit with them. To be honest though, I believe the price of the vehicle is way far too high, yet CCCU still allowed me to purchase this 2025 Chevy Colorado. The Carlyle Ave Branch in Belleville, IL. by far has the best customer service hands down! All of the tellers are very nice, very warm greeters when you go inside or the drive thru. Very professional. They always ask how I want my cash back.No one has a bad attitude. They always take the time out to courteously ask all of the customers how they are and how their day is going. We've been doing business with them for almost 20 years.

I had a 9 month certificate at 5% .. 5% of $4000 is $200. Right? Wrong. “We have to advertise it at 5% but really it’s 4.909%” I specifically asked my CD to be entered into my general savings account at the time of maturity, but I had to go into the office to make that correction. The only communication I had with the bank was in person because I went out of my way to speak with someone. Despite my emails and phone calls, still no one has reached out to me in any way shape or form. I would never recommend this bank to anyone... read more
