I am proud that the Catholic Church has a charitable institution through which to help others. I know that it has successfully assisted scores of people over the years. If I had to cite an area for improvement , it would be in the relative lack of hospitality exhibited by the staff there. I understand and appreciate the burdens of a human services agency, but remember who it is you serve - Jesus Christ.
