So back in 2014 i stayed in this shelter! The staff at the time were some really nasty cold hearted people. There was a woman with 3 kids. and another younger woman staying there she had a disabled baby. The younger lady and the lady with 3 kids. Got into a argument over cigaretts. The staff said they had too be put out cuz of the argument. Now either one of these ladys especially the one with all the kids had nowhere too go. I don't recommend going here they don't return phone calls and don't help with anything

It’s a nice clean place unless you are personally ratchet and ghetto. The staff are all nice it’s some of the family’s who come here make things hard on others and themselves because some people are ungrateful and do not know how to act. If you don’t like it it’s simple don’t be here asking for help.

They serve us and give us old molded fruits, vegetables and cheese and are pro’s at cross contamination from not changing gloves to dirty face masks to sweating over the food and everyone knows and sees it but don’t care thanks Ramsey county you sure know how to treat women and children. Don’t forget about creamer from 2021 and chips that expired in January.
