Rude and impatient nurses and admins, and they were unsupportive of my husband being present for the sonogram. She kept leaving the room during the exam to do paperwork in the office. I kept asking if we were done and she would roll her eyes, sigh and come back in as if my appointment were interrupting her day. She probably should have retired a few decades ago.
