Very unprofessional staff and waste of time. Front desk elderly person was not in a good mood or just not having a day. I suggest finding a different location for all your Immigration Services.
It is impossible to get to a lawyer. They make an appointment for you in two months. Then they cancel it and offer to make another appointment in a couple of months. They also do not guarantee that the second time you will not be rescheduled for another date. They make a short call to you in advance, which you do not have time to answer.
