Visited this office this morning and had the pleasure to speak to Abigal. went there with some concerns with my brothers case she along with Daniela were very helpful and knowledgeable left there feeling at ease..Guadalupe was also pleasant..Thank you !!!!
These workers are rude you would have thought the money is coming out of their pockets personally. I was told I need to be in a shelter in order to receive help. I went there 3 weeks ago the front told me my case is open I will sent an email to the case worker to contact me. Still no answer If you looking for help don't even bother looking for homebase for help. The case workers are very nasty talk to you like trash.
They have a worker call Nigel the rudes guy been seeking for help for already 2 years nothing .. have 2 disable girls and they don't do nothing
SMH I was never called after applying I really need help to apply for cityfheps cause I’m renting a room and work part time as a home aide care worker they keep telling me to go to a shelter which I can’t I work with people who are sick and I don’t want to risk myself passing on other sickness
