Doctor is good, but the office is the worst. My mom has been out of medication for over 2 weeks and the pharmacy says the doctor changed the medication, but when i call the office they are saying they don't know about this change. Upon asking if they can confirm, they tell me they cannot. I've been on the phone with them literally every day of the week and still neither the office nor the doctor has given me an answer. Made an appointment weeks ago, they took my insurance information sent several text message confirming my appointment. Drive 45 minutes to the appointment then I am told oh Dr. Anderson only sees patients with Diabetes and we don’t accept your insurance. She said we tried to call you to let you know. I look at my missed calls she called at 3:20pm,my appointment was 3:30 I was walking in the building. Incompetence! I hope this doctor is better then the staff.

I love the Dr. and the staff; however, it takes to long when come to their office. My visit was an hour and I still didn't complete everything. She is a great doctor despite the time you spend there.
