Our experience with cathleen engel was extremely disappointing. she ignored our offer for nearly a week with no communication, and when we finally did hear back, she was rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. The snotty attitude and lack of respect made the entire process frustrating and stressful. Buying or selling a home is already a big step — the last thing you need is a realtor who doesn’t treat clients with basic professionalism. Would not recommend.
