My family and I traveled to this place of business the door displayed hours of operation, we arrived during the hours of operation displayed. We walked in and were told they are no longer open to the public. Not very friendly. Best practice would be to display that information on your signs.

drove 35 minutes and wasted gas just to have to knock on the door and be told “im not open to the public anymore” by an old lady. maybe post that on your website and then people would actually like you.

Very nice quaint shop. Owner repaired my doll well in a just few minutes. Price was fair and affordable. I bought 2 other dolls while I was there. They had dolls from all eras. Lots of older dolls and accessories too!

I have known this doll hospital my entire life. I grew up down the street and would go inside frequently to see what new dolls were for sale. I knew her mom and I will say, she behaves just like her mom taught her to. My emails and phone calls are being ignored for a stuffed animal repair. At least her mom understood that she needed to respond in order to make money and stay in business. Daughter, not so much. Ordered from her. No response except my money was gone. Called x 4, no answer and actually you can't even leave a msg. Emailed x 2 nothing. Thank goodness I used pay pal and got a refund. I also wondered if she was ill or closed for business and I see at least a few people have had contact with her recently.
