Cathy Chesen has helped me twice selling my homes in the KCMO area and each time she was so helpful and efficient. Each time my home was sold Very quickly within about 30 days of listing. Cathy and her team are extremely professional and so easy to get along with. They offer helpful ideas to make the sale go quickly and easily. Cathie delivered again. As a motivated and currently out of state seller with a somewhat niche property, I really appreciated the professional guidance and knowledge of the area and buyer pool that facilitated a fast turnaround for me selling my second home.
