Had a yearly check up. When she was done I told her my husband had hurt my arm a few months prior to the visit and wanted it looked at. She just kept staring on her computer screen and said nothing. Did not exam arm.
I cannot believe some of the reviews on the staff here. The reason it’s so hard to get an appointment is because this place is the best from top to bottom. Lisa at the front desk is warm, smiling, and amazing. She set me up with two future appointments and had that kind of personality that makes you feel like you’ve known them forever. Even after my appointment after I had forgotten a few scripts I needed she walked back and forth to the doctor to assure they got filled for me. With a smile! Was very impressed with the level of professionalism of dr.Mancuso she's personally a GREAT human!!! BUT she needs to get involved in who hires her staff! Seriously, The most ridiculous, rude, & self entitled office help I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with....* ex. impossible to get a appointment within a year( even bloodwork).... this is a genuine review.... Hope they see this and accept the criticism, pivot make the adjustments needed and figure out how to run a office professionally.... Good luck
Unbelievably rude front staff. Every single time I have tried to make contact for an appointment, they have been horrendous to deal with. This morning I rang to make an appointment for vertigo that I have just developed, and I was told no appointments with Cathie Mancuso until September. After querying what to do, I was put through to another staff member, who responded SO rudely and with one word answers.
