Dr. Fontenot is my PCP. She is the best. She's trained in internal medicine and cardiology. She is a superb listener and uses her excellent knowledge and experience to give her patients the best care. The people of New Orleans should feel lucky that she is taking new patients.
Dr. Fontenot is an extraordinary physician and an experienced leader in medicine. Plus, she has powerful MD friends within LSU in case if you need a specialist referral. She's the only doctor I've had who phones me with good and bad news regarding my care. My other doctors only phone when they have bad news. I love the LSU patient portal that allows you to send messages to your providers and requests for appointments.
Dr. Fontenot is the best physician one can dream of. Plus, she is great for introverted patients like myself. She is a great listener and has patience for my numerous concerns. She also has experience in cardiology as a PCP.
