Super friendly & very helpful.
Staff are very knowledgeable in the sewing department, they've helped me out on several occassions with various issues. They have a large variety of thread selection in the store and sewing accessories. I would highly recommend this location!
Top notch customer service!
I brought a broken, 4-year old Shark vacuum to Cathey's several weeks ago. I called a couple of times to see if it was ready for pickup. They said "yes", the vacuum was back. What they didn't bother to tell me was that the vacuum was not fixed. Never mind that I drove 40 miles that day to pick up a fixed vacuum cleaner. They said that the vacuum couldn't be fixed because parts were no longer available. (This Shark was the best vacuum we've ever had, it picks up all the pet hair and all that nasty stuff.)
