Kathy is awesome ! Let her niece Ella do my hair since she was going out of town…never again. Braids are falling out and different sizes some are big some are small. My hair is short and I should of knew better after she said she couldn’t tuck hair she had to cut what was sticking out… (RED FLAG) Addressed her niece about it week 2 when it was pointed out what the back looked like to me.. how embarrassing…She offered do it over and gave me a day, I was going on vacation.. so it was a no anyway. I’ll never go back there again. I asked for small braids and she (the owner) put small in the front and mediums in the back. After I got home and told her about it she just apologized as if she didn’t know she did that on purpose. When you do things to people to cut corners then that’s how you lose clientele and referrals. If the owner is doing that to people imagine the people who work under her.
