Cate has been my optometrist for several years now, and I couldn’t ask for a more professional and warm service. She combines a lovely dry wit with obvious professional expertise, state of the art equipment and in-depth knowledge. I like seeing her!
My first appointment was with Daniel, and was excellent. Since then I have seen Catherine and on both occasions (one appointment, one ad hoc) I have felt belittled, overwhelmed and bullied. The booked appointment I was given eye drops that affected my sight, and I was not consulted about this - if I had been informed, I would have refused as I needed to drive. We booked in a paediatric eye assessment for our 9 month old. Daniel was great, really calm and knew all the tricks to keep our baby engaged while he was doing his tests. So great to have him in the area.
My first appointment was with Daniel, and was excellent. Since then I have seen Catherine and on both occasions (one appointment, one ad hoc) I have felt belittled, overwhelmed and bullied. Never again. Talked down to me, rude and disrespectful.
I’ve been wearing glasses for 20 years and the eye examination from Daniel was the most extensive and professional I’ve ever had. Excellent service from the reception team too. Highly recommend.
