I had such a wonderful experience with Catherine. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I understood exactly what was happening with my eyes and vision. My grandmother also used to go to Catherine and absolutely loved her. Cate has been my optometrist for several years now, and I couldn’t ask for a more professional and warm service. She combines a lovely dry wit with obvious professional expertise, state of the art equipment and in-depth knowledge. I like seeing her!
My first appointment was with Daniel, and was excellent. Since then I have seen Catherine and on both occasions (one appointment, one ad hoc) I have felt belittled, overwhelmed and bullied. The booked appointment I was given eye drops that affected my sight, and I was not consulted about this - if I had been informed, I would have refused as I needed to drive.
