I usually do not write reviews, especially negative ones, but OMG, do not go to this group or this doctor. They’ve had me on hold for over 15 minutes then no one picks up (had to hang up). They never send the scripts to the lab, wasting my time and the lab’s searching for stuff they never sent. Had to wait 5 months for an available appointment (which probably means they won’t miss me going there anymore). Had an appointment at 1;40 I arrived 10 minutes late and the receptionist told me that she had to ask dr Torres if she would see me , I was informed the dr wouldn’t see me and I had to make another appointment, I reminded the receptionist that this office had sent me for blood work three times, and when i arrived at the lab , there was no script for me to do blood work. She asked me if I was coming back so she could schedule an appointment. I will never set foot in that office again. Don’t go to this dr

She took me some time to warm up to, but the second visit I was hooked! Nobody would spend so much time going through lab work with a patient like that. I’m not greatly impressed with the office staff either, like some of you have said, but there’s some people who do their job there.

Best Doctor
