I was referred to this law firm through the employee assistance program my company offers. Despite various attempts (via email, phone and text) over the course of a week, nobody ever bothered to call me back. Even a short notice that they can't accept new clients would have been nice, instead of me waisting my time trying to get a hold of someone and not making any progress on my legal issue. I find this behavior unprofessional and disrespectful.
