Dr Spiess herself is a very kind person, but I've never worked with a less competent medical practice. They've lost or misplaced records I've sent. They cannot/do not respond to communications in a timely manner - and sometimes not at all. Why have a patient portal if it's not going to be attended to or integrate properly? The GP I had in Nashville even a dozen years ago had a far more professional practice with extremely useful, responsive patient portal. Dr. Spiess is not my primary care doctor, but I got a same day appointment with her because my primary care doctor was not available as soon. I thought that I had a simple resistant infection that urgently needed antibiotics, but she accurately diagnosed the real problem. She showed compassion and listened carefully. I think that many doctors would have missed the correct diagnosis, but she did not! She has my full endorsement.
Dr. Spiess is very thorough. She has taken care of me since she began practice at Canyon, and now takes care of my entire family. I will be with her forever.
