Dr O’Neal is very caring and personable; a credit to all doctors! She always takes time to explain things, allows me to ask questions (as she listens!) and answers in ways that are clear/understandable!
Dr O’Neal is very thorough. She never rushes and is always willing to listen to my concerns. All of her staff is very friendly also. I’m very happy with my care and would definitely recommend her to anyone needing an infectious disease specialist.
