I’ve tried multiple times to contact management about incorrect and backdated utility charges, including duplicate fees and electric bills from before — no response to emails, no returned calls, no one available on site. It feels like no one is managing this building or taking responsibility. I’ve been patient, but this is unacceptable. I’m being charged for things I don’t owe, and it’s impossible to get help. Tenants deserve transparency and proper billing, not to be ignored or overcharged. This needs urgent attention.

This place used to be one I truly loved. But after their management transfer from Greystar to Bozzuto it has been a total disappointment. I recently moved out of the place about a month ago, and after multiple emails (8+ so far), and voicemails. They have yet to bother to give me my deposit or even an update. I'll update this review when they bother addressing this issue. On top of that, I've heard from my friends (current residents) is that they now have been double charged for random fees.
