Pretty sure they deleted my first review. We lived here for 3 years and once management switched, the building went downhill. They lost an important package of ours with zero accountability. Also pretty sure they’re offering rent concessions to people to change their ratings on Google. Save your money it’s an expensive place and go somewhere worth it.

I moved into The Catherine excited after a great tour and positive impression of the developers. Unfortunately, my experience since moving in has been disappointing. There have been ongoing noise issues from the unit above me that have significantly impacted my day-to-day living. What’s frustrating is that the exact same layout on the fifth floor has been sitting vacant for months. Tyler, the manager, has been one of the best things to happen to this property. He’s made major improvements across the board—from security to maintenance—and it really shows. The building feels more organized, better managed, and overall much more professional. Jasmine is also fantastic. She stays on top of everything and is always responsive.
