Moved in about 2 months ago and this place has been great so far. I love the apartment and building, but the management most of all has been the most on-top of things I have ever seen. Everyone is so nice, helpful, responsive, and fast to take care of any and everything. I've lived in many apartments across the country, and many in So Cal (El Segundo, Marina del Rey, Santa Monica) this is easily my favorite and where I've felt the most respected and best supported by the crew running the place. From getting locked out of my apartment, which I do a lot, to fixing my washing machine, helping me with the A/C and so much more!!! Catherine Santa Monica has definitely had its ups and downs, but I have to give credit where it’s due, the new team has been working hard and you can genuinely feel the improvement. They’ve been hosting more events, building community, and making real progress overall. Also shoutout to the team for being super helpful when I had some billing discrepancies on my ledger, we’re not fully “happily ever after” yet, but we’re getting there No pressure, I know they’re working on it. I wish I could thoroughly express how much I loved living at the Catherine. We were in Phase II and it was my favorite apartment I've lived in since moving to Santa Monica. Sadly we had to move because of a job relocation, otherwise, we would have stayed here as long as we could. There are so many little things that made living here so enjoyable: 1.
