We were assisted by Jasmine who initially appeared to be very accommodating during our apartment tour. After we submitted our application and paying the required $ 500 holding fee, she made us think that she's working on the approval of our application. Despite several follow ups thru emails and calls, she became unresponsive so we decided to go with another apartment building within 5 minutes from the Catherine. I’ve lived at The Catherine for about 4 months now. While the experience has had its ups and downs, there have been recent improvements that I appreciate. One ongoing issue is the presence of short-term Airbnb guests, which appears to conflict with the building’s stated policy. It affects the overall feel of the community — with frequent noise, new faces constantly rotating in, and very little soundproofing to buffer the impact. When Greystar owned the building, the experience here was great. The building would reply to emails, host resident events, offer guest parking, and was a pleasure to chat with. Then the building switched hands to Bozzuto. The experience quickly dropped off. - Several units are now offered on Airbnb that management has done nothing about. So there are strangers and families wondering the halls with their luggage. I’ve lived at The Catherine for about 4 months now, and it’s been a consistently frustrating experience. We still haven’t received a mailroom key, despite asking repeatedly — it’s been over 4 months. On top of that, our building’s entry system doesn’t work, which means you can’t let deliveries in at all. It’s incredibly inconvenient.
