Terrible since they changed to a new group in Late February. My wife has been without her medications and cannot get a call back, she’s miserable and when someone made a half-hearted attempt to send a refill, it was done incorrectly and she couldn’t get anyone back on the phone to fix the error for the pharmacy and CVS couldn’t reach them either. Absolutely horrible experience. Before the office switched to Stella Mattina, you could call and speak directly with staff or message the nurse’s assistant and get quick responses. Now you only reach an operator and get nowhere. I had a Pap smear and medication renewal appointment on February 3, 2026. When I called on February 19 about my results, I was told it takes 18 days to receive them—even though my results were already available once I finally received access to my chart. I absolutely love Dr.Olsen and staff . They get to know you and it becomes them being more like family to me . I had an experience and she took me in later in my pregnancy and got me through it all. Amazing team . Thank you all so much.
