Dr. Bonk is a horrendous human being, and I do not recommend her. About 10 years ago, I sought help from Dr. Bonk for severe symptoms caused by fibromyalgia (undiagnosed at the time). Given that I was unaware that my pelvic pain was caused by fibromyalgia, I thought there was something gynecologicly wrong with me, so I went to her; big mistake. Center had made a good turn around with the wait time but recently it has gone drastically down hill, came last week only one person was doing vitals and she was moving very slowly waited an hour just for vitals. Returned this week stood in line for over an hour and they kept putting new donors in front of the line. There's no seating available while you wait in line. Seems there's a new crew everytime you come in now.
This review of Dr. Bonk is 14 years overdue, but I passed by the Lilburn office yesterday and had such fond memories of her that I had to come and leave a review. I was a patient of Atlanta Gynecology and Obstetrics 14 years ago when I was pregnant with my first child. Dr. Bonk wasn't my regular OB, but the doctor I had (no longer with the practice) and supporting staff were very attentive at every appointment, so kudos to the practice. turned away because i don't accept blood transfusions. they told me they strongly suggest i seek care elsewhere.. i've never had a doctor turn me away! let alone for blood transfusions, it's 2023 there's plenty other things to use besides blood!
The doctor's protocol is that she will not see anyone who's over 12 weeks! Really!? Why does it matter. I didn't know it was a doctor's policy to turn patients away! How ridiculous. What a terrible doctor!
