Constantly fumbling my medications, rejecting them suddenly after a year for no reason other than 'needing an appointment' which they NEVER call to schedule, they just reject my daily medication. When I call to schedule the appointments they don't seem to be able to call me about, I wait 40 minutes on the line to be told I'm actually speaking with a call center worker, and the office doesn't take calls... I’m very disappointed with my experience at this office. The doctor consistently fails to show up for scheduled appointments, and instead, you’re seen by a nurse practitioner without any prior notice or option to reschedule with the doctor herself. This is frustrating when you’ve made the appointment expecting to see the physician you chose for your care. Reliability and follow-through are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, this practice does not stand by its commitments to patients.
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with this practice. The level of negligence I’ve encountered here is unacceptable. I had a blood draw at the end of October, and despite calling twice, it took over a month before anyone even contacted me about my results. I was advised to get a scan to get more clarity on my health—one that cost over $600 out-of-pocket. I got the scan in December.
