I’m very disappointed with my experience at this office. The doctor consistently fails to show up for scheduled appointments, and instead, you’re seen by a nurse practitioner without any prior notice or option to reschedule with the doctor herself. This is frustrating when you’ve made the appointment expecting to see the physician you chose for your care. Reliability and follow-through are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, this practice does not stand by its commitments to patients.
I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with this practice. The level of negligence I’ve encountered here is unacceptable. I had a blood draw at the end of October, and despite calling twice, it took over a month before anyone even contacted me about my results. I was advised to get a scan to get more clarity on my health—one that cost over $600 out-of-pocket. I got the scan in December. Dr. Ash and staff are incredible. I have been with Dr. Ash for a few years now.. She is a good doctor. She listens and genuinely cares. I need to have a PCP that is willing to fight for me.. I think everyone in this office would do that. I no longer live in the city but commute if I ever have to come in. This practice always returns my calls and office staff are beyond amazing. I would recommend her to my family members!
