We had to find another accountant after a couple years of mistakes and a major one this past year. The lack of urgency to get our taxes done led to no time to review before filing. The lack of urgency to correct the error resulted in 10 months of a substantial refund being tied up at IRS. Which doesn't lead to good sleep. This year, our taxes were filed by another firm without any hiccups. Done. Easy peasy. What a relief.
