She’s very realistic and takes time to actually help with life struggles. She’s great to vent to. Very happy. Been seeing her for about 6 months.

The therapist self-disclosed too much during the first session, from the value of her home, to the personal struggles that she is facing. I sensed that she was very anxious as she twiddled her pen quite a bit and seemed distracted by my clothing (even though I wore jeans and a t-shirt). It made it difficult for me to concentrate and share my experiences. I found her analogies very basic and superficial. I did not find the session beneficial.
