I am so fortunate and happy to have Dr. Jiam-Seagren as my primary care physician. She is wonderful to talk to and provides wonderful care.
Dr. Jiam-Seagren is welcoming, kind, smart, attentive and patient. I always leave feeling as if I have been seen and heard. She is one of the best doctors I have ever had.
Dr. Seagren is thorough, caring and highly professional. I have great confidence in her.
I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Seagren yesterday at Sutter Health in Orinda. It would take several paragraphs to explain how I was treated, but suffice it to say she was unprofessional, unpleasant, very hurried, and very irritated to say the least. I have been going to Sutter for the past 20 years and enjoyed positive interactions. So, this is not my first rodeo. Dr. Ingrid Larrson and Dr. Roger Illiff were always wonderful and professional. Dr. Seagren needs to take a page from their playbook.
