Dr. Hwang is not a good surgeon. She did Ptosis surgery on me. Before the surgery I told her my left eye drooped more than my right and she said no it’s your right eye that droops the most - she was wrong. The first time my regular plastic surgeon saw my eyes . he said “good grief, she did not get your eyelids even did she?” She also did a lower eye bag removal at the same time and within two weeks the bags were back under my eyes. She is always in a hurry and very unfriendly. I would not recommend her to anyone. Anytime a p... read more
