My experience with Catherine has been transformative. I see her for yoga therapy and the way she works is truly a mind-body-spirit approach for me, which is what I wanted. She is very present, listens deeply and guides the session with insightful and nonjudgmental feedback. I have health issues and some unresolved trauma which are both addressed in my work with her.
Catherine is exceptional.
Gets results. Highly professional and astute. Caring and kind. She is very skilled at a form of EMDR treatment called Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). She got results for me very quickly after I had seen other therapists who could not zero in on how best to help. She is exceptional and I can't thank her enough!
