Worst experience ever. Billed me for an exam I never asked for. Very unfriendly place that shows no compassion. Dr Felicia was confrontational when I told the Dr. billed for exam for glasses when I was there for an object in my eye and Dr. Felicia told me no to bring your problems here. The person who did my unwanted eye exam told him I am here because of an object in my eye, still he went with a exam for glasses. I sure it's a bait and switch scam to rip you off. Excellent provider and attend to details of my care. Amazing doctor.
Dr. Felicia is a very knowledgeable and thoughtful Dr. She takes good care of me. I feel she has a connection to her patients and shows her concern. Ed is a wonderful technician and explains procedures very well. He is a plus at Sight MD. The staff are so pleasant and friendly. Been going there for years and will continue to do so.
Staff and doctor were courteous and professional.
Dr. Felicia is a great doctor! She takes the time to evaluate her patients and ask questions about their current medical condition. Each visit has been a positive experience experience. Highly recommended.
