My initial experience here wasn’t the best but Dr. Ellis seemed to have better professionalism than her front office staff so I looked past the rude demeanor. Fast forward, I saw the new PA here virtually and it’s been downhill ever since. I requested a cal from Dr. Ellis over 2 weeks ago and she still hasn’t called. I follow up with the rudest staff one can possibly employ and every time they tell me “she’s got your message”.
