If the opposing council has anything to say be prepared for Catherine to get extremely flustered. If you have children you owe it to them to stay far away from this person. She will always put her Bank account ahead of your best interest. She will make sure she prolongs your situation to get as much money as possible. I met Catherine Fox two years ago when issues arose concerning access to my daughter's children, (my daughter passed away after giving birth to her second child).
