She has been the best PCM I have had. She is kind and straight forward and makes sure I understand clearly. Dr. Dong always puts in the needed referral and truly listens to my concerns and helps me.
I'm really shocked at the negative reviews, because Dr. Catherine Dong has been the BEST Primary Care Physician I've ever had! She's attentive, she listens to me, and gives me options. She also is very responsive when I'm in pain from chronic conditions or need a referral. Other doctors I've had have left me high and dry and not felt looked after. That's never been the case with Dr. Dong. She's been fantastic.
Terrible doctor. Not even a shred of mental health qualifications. Rude, arrogant, misinformed.
I went with my parents to my Mom's appointment. Dr Dong has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen. The first thing she did when she came in was talk about why my Mom was not in a nursing home. My Dad is her caregiver. She assumes because he is older he is not able to handle the task. She treated them both like they were not even in the room.
