Horrible experience from the start. She does everything herself (none of which she's qualified to do). Messed up our scheduled appointment, billed insurance incorrectly and took a long time to rebill even after I got all the information for her on how to submit the claim and she uses a cell phone with terrible service for all phone calls. She requested payment before the claim was ever properly sent to the insurance, without giving me a payment amount. Catherine is a thoughtful clinician who is always furthering her skills. I would recommend her for hypnosis.
