I took my child (7-8 years old, at the time) to see Catherine to help work through some difficulties at school, and navigating the challenges of ADHD at a young age. She was very supportive and had great availability, with lots of useful tools, advice and resources for my child and for us as parents. Horrible experience from the start. She does everything herself (none of which she's qualified to do). Messed up our scheduled appointment, billed insurance incorrectly and took a long time to rebill even after I got all the information for her on how to submit the claim and she uses a cell phone with terrible service for all phone calls. She requested payment before the claim was ever properly sent to the insurance, without giving me a payment amount. Catherine is a thoughtful clinician who is always furthering her skills. I would recommend her for hypnosis.
