It is rare for me to write a review for a doctor, but I feel compelled to share what makes Dr. Catherine Bianchi so exceptional. I never wait long in the waiting room, and I know she will be coming in soon. That gives me a sense of relief because I know I will finally have the opportunity to discuss my health concerns and receive clear, highly informed answers. Best doctor I’ve ever had. She takes the time to truly listen, she’s so caring, doesn’t rush you to get to the next patient, and her bedside manner is amazing.
Through my insurance provider, I was advised Dr. Bianchi was accepting new patients, and I assigned her as my PCP. Come to find out that I can't get a new patient appointment for 6+ months, so I wonder what's the point in accepting new patients if the Dr. is that backed up? EDIT: Tried again 9/25/25. They are currently booking new patient appointments for the end of AUGUST 2026. That's utter BS and the receptionist was rude about it. Find care elsewhere.
