I had a prenatal and postpartum appointment with Catherine, with another on the schedule. She provided a ton of resources, in videos, documents, and care plans, that helped me and my husband feel more confident and comfortable in our breast feeding (and feeding in general!) journey as first-time parents. She was flexible in providing a virtual visit and also was able to do a home visit after my c-section, which helped a ton to not have to get in the car while I heal.
