Was a pleasure having Cat as our lender! She went above and beyond for us and made our first time buying a home so much easier!🎉
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience working with Catherine Barker, “The Local Lender Lady.” Buying a home can be stressful, especially when unexpected delays come up, but Catherine was supportive, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. She was always there to answer my questions, explain what was happening, and help me feel confident during such an important moment for my family. I truly appreciate all the time, effort, and dedication she put into helping us reach the finish line and become homeowners. Th... read more
Cat was amazing and really went over the top helping us through the entire mortgage process. We were first time home buyers feeling apprehensive and unsure, but Cat made us feel well taken care of and informed. Even after closing she is still helping us with other items. I will highly recommend her to anyone I know who’s in the market to buy a home. She is awesome!!

We are first time homebuyers, and this process had the potential to be horrifying - but Cat’s patience was a huge factor in how easy this process was for us!
