Fantastic experience at Cathedral Eye Clinic. Went through two appointments, paid a deposit, started steroid drops, to suddenly get a phone call to say they couldn’t do it anymore because the doctor didn’t feel comfortable. He assured me that he was able to do it, if he was unsure this should have been checked before I started medication. The two female optometrists I seen were very lovely and easy to talk to so that is why I’m not giving one star. Highly disappointed and the doctor didn’t even have the decency to phone himself and tell me.
I have had a wonderful experience. Excellent and professional consultations. Great surgery undertaken and my whole well being was considered. Absolutely recommend this place.
