A former seminary, this building is located close to transportation, wonderful restaurants, street parking, a garage next door, post office, a 10 minute walk to Barclay's Center and malls, 20 minutes to Manhattan via C train. Many apartments are large and, if you're lucky enough to be on the 2nd floor, you'll have almost 20 foot ceilings.
