My wife and I are elderly and we can't say how much Josh and Mike were sensitive to this and did a brilliant job for us at a fair price. This was the second time they did some work for us and we didn't think twice about engaging them again. I would give them a 5atar plus rating if there was one.
We are so incredibly pleased that we found this gem of a family run business. From start to finish, has been brilliant. Dave and Charlotte have fantastic knowledge of their carpet products, more so than other retailers we found. They offer a wide range of carpets, some can be matched to Marks & Spencer paint colours if you want. They measured free of charge and their fitter Ben was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing service from the team, right from first walking in and not having a clue about carpets to them installing and leaving the place tidy. David really took the time to explain the different types of carpets, underlay and what goes well based on lifestyle, property age and taste. They turned up on time, no damage to any boards, walls or skirting and left my place really tidy. Thanks again for the brilliant service!
